Leather Wallet Repairs


7~8年程前にお作りした２つ折りのウォレット。

修理、手直しの為帰って来ました。

縫い糸を解き、必要な箇所は新たな革に交換し
再度形に組み上げました。

これでまた長い事お使い頂けそうです。

私が作った物は末長く使って頂きたいとの想いのもと、
いつでも責任を持ってお直し•メンテナンスしています。


A bifold wallet I made around seven or eight years ago.
It has come back to me for repair and refurbishment.
I unpicked the stitching, replaced the leather
where necessary, and reassembled it to restore its original shape.
It should now be ready to serve you well for many years to come.
Driven by my desire for the items 
I create to be enjoyed for a long time,
I am always happy to take responsibility for 
their repair and maintenance.

12年前の2014年に発売したバイク乗りに向けて作った
SURE SHOTさんとのコラボショルダーバッグ。

再リリースに向けて、
新たな1stサンプルが出来たのでお伺いしました。

細かい箇所までお互いに話し合い、
前回の物を超える作り込み、
一品になりそうな予感…

ラギッドで硬派なOne & Onlyなショルダーバッグ、
ご期待ください。


This is a collaborative shoulder bag 
I created with SURE SHOT back in 2014—12 years ago
—specifically designed for motorcyclists.
With a re-release on the cards, 
I’ve just completed the first prototype and popped
round to take a look.
We’ve discussed every last detail together, 
and with craftsmanship that surpasses 
the previous version, 
I have a feeling this is set to be a one-of-a-kind piece…
Look forward to this rugged, no-nonsense, 
one-of-a-kind bag.

My Son’s Bag / 息子への革のボストンバッグ

































 
My Son’s Bag


こちら先日出来上がった革のボストンバッグ。

この春高校に進学が決まった息子に
自分からプレゼントしました。

普段物を作る仕事をしていますので、
何か形にして子供に渡したいとずっと思っていました…。

時間は掛かりましたが丁度入学と同時に
渡せて喜んでくれたようです。

この鞄、私がGOさんのアトリエに通い
完成させたスペシャルなバッグ。

大切にして貰えたら嬉しいです。



Here is the leather Boston bag 
I finished the other day.
I gave it to my son as a present of my own accord; 
he’s due to start high-school this spring. 
As I work in a creative field, 
I’d long wanted to make something tangible 
to give to my kid…
It took a while, but I managed to give it to him 
just as he was starting school, 
and he seemed delighted.
This bag is a special one that 
I completed whilst attending GO-san’s studio.
I’d be delighted if he cherishes it.

Old Pendant / 太陽のペンダント

 


















Old Pendant



１５年程前にお作りした太陽のペンダントトップ。

お渡しして以来初めてカスタムご希望で
帰ってきました。

お伺いするとこのペンダントを息子さんに
譲りたいとの事。

施したカスタムも気に入って頂けたようで
私も嬉しく思いました。

私の作った物がオーナーと長い時間を刻み、
その人にとって特別な物になったら
これ以上のことはありません。

 


A sun-shaped pendant I made about 15 years ago.

It came back to me for the first time 
since I originally delivered it, 
with a request for customization.

When I asked why, the client explained that
 he wanted to pass this pendant down to her son.

I was delighted to hear that
 he was pleased with the customization I made.

There is nothing that brings me greater joy 
than seeing something
 I’ve created accompany its owner through the years
and become something truly special to them.
