シルバー製品価格改定のお知らせ

皆様にお知らせがございます。

今私が販売していますWeb Store上のシルバー製品に
付きまして、価格の見直しをさせて頂きます。

昨今の銀価格の高騰に伴いましての価格改定になります。

変更日時は２月１日とさせて頂きたいと思います。

（全てではありませんが、おおよそ販売価格の
値上げとなります。）

１月３１日までは今までの価格でオーダー頂けます。

ご質問がありましたらDMで
お気軽にお問い合わせください。

Notice of Silver Product Price Revision

I have an important announcement 
for my customers.
I will be revising the prices of the silver products 
currently available for sale on my Web Store.
This price revision is due to the recent surge 
in silver prices.
The effective date for the change 
will be February 1st.
(While not all items will be affected,
most will see an increase in their retail price.)
Orders placed before February 1st will
be processed at the current prices.

皆様明けましておめでとう御座います。
本年も宜しくお願い致します。


私が作った物を手にした人がそれを気に入って、
日々の生活の気分が上がる様な物をご提供して参ります。


また、新しい年を迎え、私の考えや皆様の
ご意見を頂いたりしてこのインスタの
アカウントネームを変えました。

『WOKINI（ウォキニ）』とは私の屋号で、
２４年程前から使用しています。


この『WOKINI』と言う言葉はアメリカインディアンの言葉で
『新たな人生』と言う意味があります。


皆様今年も変わらず宜しくお願い致します。

'WOKINI' is my business name, 
which I have been using for about 24 years.
The word 'WOKINI' comes from 
an American Indian language and means 'a new life'.

こちらはお世話になっている方にお作りした
シルバー製のペンダント。


所有されていた記念のシルバー製ベビーカップを
溶かして作りました。


指定されたロゴ以外はお任せで、色々考えた末、
自分が得意とするハンマーを使った
オールドスタイルなペンダントに…。


ペンダントを通すチョーカーは
私のイメージではチェーンでは無いなと思い、
レザーコードも考えましたが紳士革靴に
使うシューレースが若しかしたら良いかもと閃き、
ロウ引きされた革靴用の靴紐を使って見ました…。


留めの長さ調整はシルバーカップの持ち手を
溶かして作ったビーズをセット。


後日ご本人に手渡してとても喜んでくれましたので
私もホッとしました。




This silver pendant was made for someone 
who has been very kind to me.
It was crafted by melting down a commemorative
silver baby cup he owned.
He left the design entirely up to me, 
aside from specifying a logo. 
After much thought, 
I decided on an old-style pendant
using my signature hammered technique...
For the choker to hold the pendant, 
I felt a chain wouldn't suit my vision. 
I considered leather cord,
but then it struck me that shoelaces used for 
leather shoes might work well. 
So I tried using waxed leather shoelaces...
For the length adjustment clasp, I set beads made 
by melting down the handle of the silver cup.
I handed it to the person later, 
and he was very happy with it, 
so I breathed a sigh of relief.
