Silver belt end cap

銀の平板を曲げてベルトの先端に嵌め込む

エンドキャップが形になりました。

この後これを磨き込んで革ベルトの剣先に取り付けます。

A flat sheet of silver is bent to form 

an end cap to be fitted to the end of the belt.

After this, it is polished and attached to

the end of the leather belt.

その数値を元に切り出していきます。

Belt end silver cap

今回の新型ベルトでは新しい試みとして今まで作って

いなかった形状のシルバーパーツを作り、

ベルトの剣先先端に取り付けてみたいと思います。

まずは材料となるシルバーの板をローラーを

使い希望の厚みに伸ばします。

For this new belt, I would like to make a new silver part, 

which I have not made so far, and attach it to 

the tip of the end of the belt as a new attempt.

First, a silver plate is stretched to 

the desired thickness using a roller.
