先日都内に出た際ある駅通路に古いオモチャが

綺麗にディスプレーされてました…

どれも50年以上前のオモチャばかり。

移動中にも関わらず足を止め一人興奮し

、ついつい見入ってしまいました…

古い物には何故か今の物にはない

惹きつけられる魅力がありますね…

When I was in Tokyo the other day, 

I saw a beautiful display of old toys

in one of the station corridors...

All the toys were more than 50 years old.

Even though I was on the move,

I stopped to look at them.

For some reason, old things have a 

fascination that modern things do not have...

音楽と珈琲の店 岬

Drive to Minami Boso

休みの日、時間が取れたので南房総まで息子とドライブ…

木更津から３０分余り行くと長閑な田舎の

風景が目に飛び込んで来ます。

バイクに乗っていた時は良く一人で走りに来ていました。

天気も良く色々立ち寄って最後は、

音楽と珈琲の店 岬へ…

目の前が海のロケーション、、富士山も見えました。

内房のこの海を見ていると何だか落ち着くんですね。

On a holiday, my son and I took a drive to 

Minami-Boso because we had some time off...

About 30 minutes away from Kisarazu,

a long, quiet countryside jumps out at you.

When I was riding my motorcycle,

I used to come here often to ride alone.

The weather was nice and we stopped at

various places, and finally went to nice cafe.

I feel at home when I look at the sea here at seaside.

Horween Leather

先日の事、東京都内のある革屋さんへ行って来ました。

ここはアメリカか？と思わせる様な

ビルの外観そして雰囲気が立ち込めていて

何とも心踊る場所にあります…。

１階がカフェでその上の階に

そのショールームがあります。

ここではアメリカシカゴにあるHorween Leatherを

直でアメリカから輸入販売されています。

オーナーのDallasさんは大変気さくな方で、

聞く事によると趣味でやっているレザークラフターの

方々にも一枚から販売対応出来るそう。

私はこの日気に入った一枚を購入しました。

アメリカホーウィンの革に興味がありましたら

一度訪れて見ては如何でしょうか？

The other day, I visited a leather shop in Tokyo.

The building looks and feels like it is in America. 

The first floor is a cafe and the showroom is 

on the floor above it.

The owner, Mr. Dallas @songoriverinc, 

is a very friendly person.

According to him, he can sell even a single piece

of leather to hobbyist leather crafters.

I bought a piece I liked on this day.

先日開催されました横浜ホットロッドカスタムショー。

そこに展示出展されたシュアショットさん

@sureshot.jp 作のハーレーのカスタムバイク、

そのシート製作の一部（革張り）を

今年も微力ながらお手伝いさせて頂きました。

年を追うごとにその技術とセンスにより磨きが

掛かっておりとても見応えのある

素晴しくカッコ良い一台になっていました！

Best Motorcycle American アワードも受賞された様です。

おめでとうございます。

Sureshot exhibited a custom Harley motorcycle 

at the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show held 

the other day, and I assisted in part of the

seat production (leather upholstery) again this year.

The skill and sense of craftsmanship has become 

more polished with each passing year,

and the result is a very impressive and cool looking bike!

It also won the Best Motorcycle American Award.

Congratulations!

ベルト幅２cmの細めのこのレザーベルト、

セットしたバックルとベルトエンドのキャップは

共にシルバー製（Sterling Silver/925Silver）。

レザーベルトに使用した革はアメリカのタンナー、

Horween Leather（ホーウィン社）の

厚み４mmのオイルレザー。

シルバーのバックル＆エンドキャップのデザインや制作、

レザーベルトの一枚革からの手裁断と仕上げ、

手縫いでのバックル取り付け等々、

全てに於いてアトリエにて一点一点

私が手掛け完成させています。

ベルトの剣先は通常のレザーベルトよりも長く

（約３０cm）取っていますので、

写真の様に前に垂らしてみても楽しむことが出来ます。

もちろんパンツのベルトループに全て通しても

また違った表情で楽しめます。

ベルト穴は３箇所、２cm間隔で開けています。

３０インチ～４０インチまでお客様のご希望の

インチ長さでお作り致します。

（バックルのピンからベルトの真ん中の穴までの長さ）

A new type of leather belt is now available.

The belt width is 2cm, and the buckle and 

belt end caps are both made of silver (Sterling Silver/925Silver).

The leather used for the belt is 4mm thick 

oil leather made by Horween Leather, 

an American tannery.

All proccess is made by hand. 

The design and production of 

the silver buckle and end caps, 

hand cutting and finishing of the leather belt

from a single piece of leather, 

hand sewing of the buckle, etc,

The belt is longer than normal leather belts 

(about 30cm), so you can enjoy it 

hanging down in front of you as shown in the picture.

Of course, you can also enjoy it with 

a different look by putting it through 

all the belt loops of your pants.

There are three belt holes at 2cm intervals.

I can make belts from 30" to 40" in the length of 

your choice.

These belts are made to order.

This belt is available in limited quantities 

and for a limited time only.

Orders will be accepted until December 20, 2023.

The estimated delivery date is scheduled to be
